About
Since 2001
I’m Manuel Re. For more than two decades I’ve helped organisations design products, deliver them well, and make adoption stick — always from that one belief. This is where I write about what I learn along the way.
My work sits where products meet the people they’re meant to serve: shaping product design, leading delivery, and making adoption last — across banking, automotive, government, media and community organisations in Australia, Europe and the United States.
I’m the author of Zen and the Art of Project Management, and I run Company31, a boutique product studio that takes CRM and ERP platforms beyond their defaults and builds AI products for human empowerment — much of it in the open at c31labs.
